Check your Oddbox delivery as soon as it arrives to ensure all fruits and vegetables meet our quality standards.

If you notice any damaged items or missing produce, take a clear photo of the contents and the delivery label.
- 3.Submit a Claim

- 4.Receive Credit
Once approved, we will issue a pro-rated refund to your original payment method or apply a credit to your next scheduled delivery.
